| The PKI Slurry Mixer Tanks are built to withstand the day-in day-out use of the investment casting foundry. From the heavy duty tubular steel frame to the nearly indestructible polyethylene tank, this tank system will hold up. The standard mixer motor mount is a clamp plate that is adjustable up and down. When the variable speed mixer system is ordered, an infinitely adjustable 6-way mounting is included. |

These prop mixers are an exclusive Pacific Kiln product and manufactured to the same rugged standards as all other PKI equipment. They are designed to run continuously and to assure maximum mixing of slurry material. The fan cooled motor is controlled with a variable frequency controller to give you a wide range of speed adjustment. Also included is an infinitely adjustable 6-way motor mount to optimize prop location. Securely coupled to the motor shaft is the stainless steel shaft and prop. The variable speed controller bolts easily to pre-tapped holes on the tank stand tower and the 6 foot cord plugs into any 120V outlet. That’s all there is to it and your in operation in minutes.
The 1/3 HP model is recommended for the SMT-2230 Mixer Tank and the 3/4 HP model for the SMT-2832 and the SMT-3036.
