CAR KILNS

For very large operations with a continuous flow of product, we are able to engineer SYSTEMS to continuously process any quantity required. Shown here is a continuous car system which moves eight cars through four independently controlled temperature zones. This system is fully automated so the cars automatically travel through the kiln and return. All the operator does is load and unload the cars and push a button to start the cycle. In another version there may be several hot zones and a programmed cooling tunnel. The product is cool as it exits, eliminating the hazards of thermal shock and ensuring operator safety. Car Kiln Systems can be designed to meet the exact production requirements of the customer, no matter what the volume, time/temperature program or size.
