MEDIUM VELOCITY BURNER
This burner is designed to operate on higher air pressure to produce a flame of greater intensity. This yields better heat circulation and the capacity for high excess air operation. This burner fires the load chamber in our “NEW GENERATION” Burnout Furnace. Maximum STANDARD OUTPUT IS 500,000 BTUH @ 7″ WC. Must be used with burner block listed below. PKI 4″ POWER BURNER
This is a forced draft, low velocity tube type burner. It has an excellent turn down ratio and is available with three different mixing nozzle orifice sizes providing an output of 375,000 to 1,050,000 BTUH. This burner can be purchased as a package, as shown, and includes burner housing, mixing nozzle, blower w/motor and spark igniter. This burner is used as main burners on our “STANDARD” Burnout Furnace as well as all Afterburner applications.

PKI OXYGEN ANALYZER/READOUT
Pacific Kiln has assembled this analyzer package to offer as an option on any furnace. It operates on the furnaces compressed air and 120 VAC. It reads the percentage of O2 in the atmosphere and has several alarm outputs. The outputs can be recorded on a chart recorder. Call for further details and specifications.
